Piction is managing Fonterra's brand assets in a central repository that is accessible over the internet. Once a creative designer or ad agency finds the exact item they want to use, Piction's automatic approval process enables various brand managers within Fonterra to approve usage of the particular requested items.

Furthermore, external suppliers are linked into the Piction system to provide an automated supply chain process for requests that require external production.
